We took full ownership of the entire development and quality assurance teams which were comprised of: Mobile, Frontend, Backend and QA teams. We created lean Agile workflows and established proper KPIs for each team and product. We were deeply integrated in the decision-making board for the strategies needed to bring the products to a modern technical state and we had veto rights over any technical decision. We've also been advisors for the business strategies of each product.

We added new features to this product and we've completely revamped the project's architectures and codebases in order to provide a much more maintainable rating, a much faster ROI from a development time perspective and long-term scalability.

Migrating the mobile architecture from Massive Model-View-Controllers to small, encapsulated single responsibility modules by incorporating a mix of MVVM, MVI and MVP-C architectures is an example of what we've accomplished.

Another example would be the migration from unified monolithic backend services to micro-services.

We've created new features that required new UX and UI designs and we also made changes to the existing ones.
